MAKE POVERTY HISTORY BREAKFAST The Make Poverty History Roadtrip to Canberra earlier this month afforded Russell the opportunity to be briefed on the work of the Oaktree Foundation from which the Make Poverty History campaign stems.
Erin Sanders from Berry's Creek and Becky Bjorksten from Drouin Secondary College were thrilled to be at Parliament House and were delighted Russell had taken the time to attend the breakfast and meet with them.
Russell has supported the Make Poverty History campaign previously and only last year had the PM, Kevin Rudd, sign a banner for the Leongatha Make Poverty History group. |
